The builders work hand in glove with the interior design team and also offer a fully integrated approach to the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Design. Without compromising on the performance of the MEP systems, the design ethos is maintained. The schedule of the MEP services include heating and air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, drainage, hot and cold water systems, life safety systems including fire detection and fire suppression, electrical systems and low current systems.

Furnishings, fixtures and equipment selection (FF&E) consultancy of each builder, satisfy the FF&E requirements of the owners and operators. The initial design schedules of equipment, furniture, artwork, lighting, fabrics and accessories are provided to suit and enhance the interior design requirements. The FF&E services include full technical appraisals, factory inspections, site inspections, installation supervision and production quality management.

The schedule of the site supervision services include sub-contractor pre-qualification, sub-contractor vetting and selection, co-ordination and communication with design team, tender return analysis, cost evaluation/appraisal/submission, hands-on and pro-active site supervision duties, procurement management, program management, materials/samples approvals, shop drawing approvals, factory visits and inspections, workshop meetings, RFI meetings, design co-ordination meetings, progressive installation inspections, conformity inspections and QA/QC inspections, installation and defects inspections, as-built drawing review and O&M document review.
